The history of herbal soap making has a very rich and natural heritage.  Although the history of soap making has unique origins in the ancient world, there is a more simplistic history that I would like to share, which describes the intentional sincerity of making soap.

There once was a farmer who, other than himself, had a family that was very appreciative of many of the simplest things in life.

The children seemed to take an interest in botany, which is the study of plants.  They began to study everything they could about Chinese herbs from planting to proficient use.  One of the greatest concerns was how to alleviate the pain of their mother very sensitive and allergic skin conditions.  After much effort and many failures they requested the help of their father.

Their father planted many natural herbs and explained to his children that much time, patience and love would be needed to make the perfect herbal soap successfully.  He also explained to his children how difficult and time-consuming it could be to make the perfect herbal soap.  In order to cook the herbs slowly for 12 hours, fire wood stoves had to be used.

Their success came when they had finally created the perfect soap for their mother by using only the best herbs, much time, patience and love.

Our soap does not contain any harmful chemicals; only the best, natural ingredients.
